Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Orders will be shipped asap once production of your items are complete. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production from your order date.

If you would like to make a change to your order please email at Support@vaucilondon.com within 24 hours after completing your order.
If you would like to cancel your order please email Support@vaucilondon.com within 24 hours after completing your order. After 24 hours you will not be able to cancel your order.
It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high-volume periods due to reaching production capacity or production issues. If your order is cancelled , all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend signing up for our waitlist for the sold-out items.

Unfortunately, you cannot return your order. All items are made-to-order specially for you. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order clothing items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your package is confirmed as lost while in transit, we advise you to immediately contact the courier service responsible for the delivery. If the tracking information indicates that your package has been lost, please initiate a dispute with the courier to claim compensation for the lost items. We recommend providing any relevant documentation, such as tracking numbers and purchase receipts, to facilitate the dispute process.
Please note that once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier service and left at the specified delivery address, our responsibility for the package ends. In such cases, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for the stolen items.
